First licensed in Tennessee in 2005, I also bring approximately 30 years of experience as a local business owner in the contracting and construction trades. That background shapes my practical approach to helping buyers and sellers.
When touring homes, I help buyers look beyond presentation, ask useful property questions, and identify maintenance or improvement considerations to explore with qualified inspectors and other professionals. For sellers, I help evaluate preparation priorities with cost and marketability in mind.
I work exclusively as a real estate professional today and do not provide contracting services. My construction background informs my perspective without replacing inspections, appraisals, or specialized professional advice.

After taking time away from active real estate practice to raise my grandson as a single grandparent, I returned to the profession full-time in 2026.
